discovery form & optional consultation
Once you have a good idea of what you need, fill out the Discovery Form with your design details. I am happy to set up a complimentary consultation via phone, zoom, or in person if you’re local, to assist you with the form, go over any questions you may have, discover more about your wedding style and what you hope to receive, and explore options that will best optimize your budget requirements.
proposal & reservation
Once your discovery form is received, I will send along a personalized quote and design mockup based on the options you select and/or what we discuss during the consultation. After your total is presented, we will have the opportunity to make adjustments to meet any necessary budget requirements. You will finalize your booking and secure your spot in my calendar by accepting the proposal, signing the agreement, and paying the 50% non-refundable retainer.
You're officially a Blonde & Brindle Bride! I will prepare your client portal which is the main hub where all proofing will take place. You will be supplied with a customized timeline that outlines important dates to help ensure a timely delivery, spreadsheets for addresses, and content forms to collect all necessary details to roll into the design process.
design process & revisions
Some time may pass between booking and beginning the design process. In the days leading up to the start of your project, I will reach out to reconnect with you and make sure we have everything ready to go for a seamless design
process. Once all content is supplied, an initial proof will be delivered within 5 business days (1 week). Together we will work through revisions to make minor adjustments to text, colors, and overall layout. Three complimentary
revision rounds, after the initial proof, are included.
production & delivery
Once we’ve reached human perfection and you approve the proofs, your balance will be due and your order will be sent into production! Once I receive your printed pieces and materials from my trusted vendors, I will quality control each piece and assemble, if you opt for the premium assembly. Once the final invitation is inspected for superior quality, your invitations will be packaged and weighed for shipping or brought to the Post Office to be mailed to your guests, if you opt into the white glove mailing service for a hands-off, stress-free, experience.
A final shipping invoice will be issued based on the weight of the completed order. Payment of the final shipping invoice will release your order.
